Country Lead, Business Marketing, UK Contract

Reddit is looking for an experienced and dynamic Business Marketing Lead for the UK  to own and deliver  our advertiser marketing strategy in support of growing one of our most important international markets.

As part of Reddit’s country-led go-to-market model, you will be the marketing lead for client-direct advertisers in the UK, working closely with UK Sales leadership and partnering with our UK Agency Marketing Lead, who focuses on relationships with agency holding companies.

You will shape how Reddit shows up to advertisers in the UK: defining the local market narrative, identifying growth opportunities, building demand, and bringing together the right marketing programmes to support acquisition, growth and retention across our customer base.

This is a broad, commercially focused role for a marketer who enjoys connecting strategy with execution. You’ll combine market insight, storytelling, demand generation, events and sales partnership to build an integrated marketing plan that supports Reddit’s UK revenue ambitions.

You’ll be part of Reddit’s European country marketing team, working closely with regional and global marketing specialists across Agency Marketing, Product Marketing, Insights, Marketing Operations, Communications and other cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Build and Lead Reddit’s UK B2B Marketing Strategy

• Develop and deliver an annual UK marketing plan aligned with local business priorities and growth opportunities.
• Define a compelling UK market narrative and value proposition for Reddit, translating global positioning into locally relevant programmes and identifying opportunities for UK-first initiatives.
• Partner with Sales leadership and Revenue Strategy & Operations teams to take a data-backed approach in prioritising audiences, categories and opportunities where marketing can have the greatest commercial impact.
• Share and scale successful UK programmes and learnings with regional and global teams to help influence broader international growth.

Drive Demand and Revenue Growth

• Develop integrated, full-funnel marketing programmes that support customer acquisition, growth and retention across Reddit’s UK advertiser base.
• Build demand-generation programmes across channels such as events, digital campaigns,, partnerships, content and account-based marketing.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure leads are effectively captured, nurtured and measured, using performance insights to improve conversion and future investment.
• Develop the messaging and marketing assets needed to support UK pipeline-generation campaigns and sales activation.

Turn UK Market Insights Into Action

• Stay close to developments across the UK advertising and media landscape, including competitor activity, category trends, advertiser needs and emerging opportunities.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable insights for marketing strategy, sales programmes, messaging and content.
• Partner with Reddit’s Insights teams to develop UK-specific research, data and thought leadership that strengthens our position with advertisers.

Create UK-Relevant Stories and Content

• Build locally relevant narratives, case studies, category stories and product messaging that demonstrate Reddit’s value to UK advertisers.
• Adapt global campaigns for the UK market while identifying when local customer needs warrant new, market-specific programmes.
• Develop evergreen engagement programmes that create momentum beyond launch, with sustained engagement strategies designed to deepen advertiser understanding and adoption.
• Partner with Communications and internal leaders to build a strong bench of spokespeople who can represent Reddit across important UK industry conversations.

Lead Reddit’s UK Industry Presence

• Shape Reddit’s presence across the UK advertising and marketing industry.
• Develop an annual programme of customer-facing activity spanning industry events, owned events, executive engagements, vertical programmes, acquisition events and strategic partnerships.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact experiences that strengthen relationships, create demand and support commercial priorities.
• Measure the contribution of events and programmes to pipeline, customer engagement and business growth.

Be a Strategic Partner to UK Sales and Cross-Functional Teams

• Act as a close marketing partner to UK Sales leadership, helping turn commercial priorities into effective marketing programmes.
• Bring together regional and global teams across Product Marketing, Agency Marketing, Insights, Communications, Marketing Operations and other specialist functions to deliver against UK priorities.
• Represent UK advertiser needs and market opportunities within broader regional and global planning.
• Build strong relationships across teams, creating clarity around priorities and ensuring marketing activity remains focused on the highest-impact opportunities.

Own Marketing Investment and Performance

• Manage the UK B2B marketing budget and investment plan, prioritising spend against the strongest growth opportunities.
• Define success measures across pipeline contribution, marketing effectiveness, customer growth and product adoption.
• Use performance data and market insight to continuously improve programmes, investment decisions and marketing strategy.
• Communicate progress, opportunities and learnings to UK and regional leadership.

About You

1. You have 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within tech or  digital media, advertising, technology or a related industry.
2. You have a strong understanding of the UK advertising landscape and how brands, agencies and media platforms operate within it.
3. You have experience developing and delivering integrated market or regional marketing strategies tied to commercial goals.
4. You are commercially minded and comfortable making data-backed decisions and connecting marketing activity to pipeline, revenue and customer growth.
5. You are a strong storyteller who can turn customer, market and product insights into compelling narratives and programmes.
6. You are equally comfortable setting strategy and getting hands-on to move important work forward.
7. You thrive in highly collaborative environments and know how to bring together specialists across multiple teams to deliver a shared outcome.
8. You are confident partnering with senior Sales leaders and navigating competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
9. You are fluent in English.
