About the role:

Samsara is looking for a Supervisor of Sales Process Administration to lead a small team of administrators responsible for executing high-volume, time-sensitive sales operations. This entry-level leadership role requires strong coordination, people management fundamentals, and a passion for team enablement and process optimization.

This is a remote position open to candidates based in Mexico. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role.

In this role, you will:

Manage a team of 5–10 sales process administrators.
Monitor daily workload, support ticket volume, and service levels.
Support team development and knowledge-sharing across process areas.
Partner with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve blockers.
Identify training needs and coordinate onboarding of new team members.
Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.

Minimum requirements for the role:

4+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Administrative Support.
1+ years in a mentoring, team lead, or project coordination capacity.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Ability to analyze trends and report on team performance.

An ideal candidate also has:

Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a remote setting.
Experience with NetSuite.
Experience with Zendesk.
Experience with SalesForce.
Project management experience.
Familiarity with coaching frameworks or leadership development programs.
Experience supporting enterprise accounts or managing escalations.
