Senior SambaCloud Experience & Ecosystem Full Time

SambaNova is hiring a Senior SambaCloud Experience & Ecosystem Lead to make SambaCloud a coherent, recognizable, and trusted destination for AI builders and managed customers. You will own the SambaCloud brand experience, user journey, community and partner integrations, and cross-functional operating rhythm while partnering with Product and Engineering on the infrastructure that powers the service.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of Developer Relations, Product, Engineering, Brand, Community, cloud operations, and go-to-market. You will define how SambaCloud shows up—from identity and onboarding to playground workflows, APIs, integrations, sample applications, and high-visibility demos—and turn user and business needs into a prioritized experience roadmap. You will partner with the Product team on underlying platform and infrastructure priorities and ensure developers and managed customers have reliable paths to access and value.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SambaCloud experience across brand identity, information architecture, onboarding, playground workflows, APIs, model access, documentation, examples, and key user journeys
• Develop and maintain a prioritized experience roadmap that connects developer, community, partner, managed-customer, brand, and demo requirements
• Partner with Product and Engineering to translate experience goals into infrastructure, platform, security, reliability, and release requirements
• Define and drive integrations that connect SambaCloud to strategic partners, developer tools, community programs, campaigns, events, and managed-customer workflows
• Drive delivery planning across scope, milestones, quality, risks, dependencies, reviews, and escalation paths
• Build a repeatable demo-readiness program covering environments, API access, model availability, sample prompts, applications, data, scripts, observability, fallback plans, and presenter handoff
• Partner with Developer Relations, Product Marketing, Brand, Community, and Partner teams to turn priority use cases into polished, repeatable experiences for launches, events, customers, partners, and executive briefings
• Represent the needs of developers and managed customers in cross-functional planning and ensure that access, onboarding, entitlements, support, and experience gaps are addressed
• Define and monitor success metrics for activation, time to first successful request, engagement, integration adoption, demo reliability, issue resolution, and user satisfaction
• Maintain a clear release calendar and readiness dashboard; communicate status, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions to technical and business stakeholders
• Create lightweight playbooks, runbooks, and documentation that allow teams to deliver consistent experiences and demonstrations without relying on tribal knowledge
• Evaluate build-versus-partner decisions and ensure all delivered work meets SambaNova’s standards for quality, security, maintainability, brand consistency, and user experience

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in developer experience, technical product management, technical program management, cloud platforms, ecosystem programs, solutions engineering, or a related role
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud services, developer onboarding, model serving, and the workflows developers use to build AI applications
• Demonstrated experience owning a digital product or platform experience across user journeys, brand expression, integrations, releases, and operational readiness
• Experience coordinating complex technical delivery against clear milestones, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes
• Track record of coordinating complex releases, integrations, or demos across engineering, product, operations, marketing, and customer-facing teams
• Ability to test developer workflows hands-on, identify root causes, write clear requirements, and make practical prioritization decisions
• Excellent program management, written communication, stakeholder leadership, and risk-management skills
• High ownership and calm execution when timelines are tight and the experience must work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI inference platforms, OpenAI-compatible APIs, large language models, agentic applications, or model playgrounds
• Experience owning developer portals, API consoles, SDKs, sample applications, credentials, usage visibility, or sandbox environments
• Experience designing or governing brand and user experience across a developer-facing product
• Familiarity with service reliability, incident workflows, observability, security reviews, and operational readiness for cloud products
• Experience supporting managed enterprise customers, high-visibility product launches, executive demonstrations, developer events, or customer proof-of-concepts
• Familiarity with delivery governance, acceptance criteria, change control, and performance reporting
