Be a part of the 6th largest Real Estate company in the Nation! Our office is looking to fill an exciting position in our Fort Lauderdale office to help expand our team. How would you like to earn a 6 figure income? This position will receive a base Salary and the ability to earn 6 figures if you are successful and motivated.

Main Responsibilities:

· Use all of our tools to locate and contact and Recruit New and Experienced Real Estate Agents though internet, prospecting, cold-calling, networking and other communication methods.

· Establish follow-up methods such as phone calls, emails, and other communications to keep the recruitment process moving forward.

· Learn and demonstrate sales techniques that are successful in the recruitment process.

· Reach and exceed set goals and net recruiting count.

· Follow-up with recruited agents to maintain retention with the company.

Experience Requested:

· Real Estate experience is required

· Recruiting experience a plus

· Marketing and/or Sales background a plus

· Entrepreneurial drive

· Excellent organizational skills and follow up skills

· Superior communication skills

· Assertive and Enthusiastic

· Self starter

· Computer skills – proficiency with MS products, Setting up Zoom meetings, CRM communication and social media.
